The first place I took Richard was the old Armory building- it was big enough to suit the size of the audience and cast. He took one look inside and said, "This place has no soul!"

It was the only place I could think of that was big enough, and didn't know what to do next, when he walked out the door, looked up the hill at the old open air County Fair Barn that hadn't been used in ages.

THIS IS THE PLACE!

He said. I thought he had lost his mind, but he was right. It was the place.

Inside the County Fair Barn. Open Space, Bleacher seating on two sides, rear and side door openings make it an ideal space.

The team checks out the space, looking for best positioning of the main stage. Richard, behind the camera, is also full of ideas.

Joe Varga goes to work sketching his vision for what the barn could look like as a Community Performance Space

At the end of the evening, Joe Reveals the plan.

Volunteer carpenters begin building the set designed by Joe.

Opening Night, before the crowd arrives.

A quiet moment to look around, and then the cast and audience fill the space.
